Five swimmers earned at least five top three spots to lead the Coho Swim Club to a first place finish out of 10 teams Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the annual Coho Summer Classic at Deerspring Pool.
Leading the way was Jayson Fishman who won the 100-meter butterfly, 100 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 50 breaststroke and 50 butterfly in the 8 and under division.

In the 14 and under division, Chris Kearney took the 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke along with second place in the 200 individual medley and third in the 100 backstroke.
Ruby Powell won a pair of races in the open division—100 freestyle and 100 backstroke—along with second places finishes in the 400 individual medley and 50 freestyle. She took third in the 100 butterfly.
Helen Ilku took home six ribbons in the 10 and under division with second place finishes in the 50 freestyle, 50 backstroke and 100 backstroke as well as third place awards in the 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly.
In the open division, Kevin Ewing won the 100 backstroke with second place honors in the 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 100 butterfly and 200 individual medley. Also in the open division, Barbara Brottman took three first-place awards—200 freestyle, 400 freestyle and 200 individual medley—along with second in the 200 individual medley.
Other winners were Ben Barnett (8 and under 100 breaststroke), Jessica Barr (11-12 100 breaststroke), Brent Bouslog (11-12 200 freestyle), Margaret Guanci (11-12 50 backstroke, 11-12 100 backstroke), Ana Klabjan (11-12 50 breaststroke), Haley Levin (open 100 butterfly), Nicole Piatek (11-12 50 freestyle, 11-12 100 freestyle), Jane Pinsky (8 and under 50 backstroke), Evan Fischoff (13-14 200 breaststroke) and Ryan Smith (13-14 100 backstroke, 13-14 100 butterfly).
